Melanie Hill-Guion
Our friend Melanie has been making her Shoeshrines for many years now. She paints portraits of iconic figures on shoes. Each shoe is embellished with beads, glass, vintage jewelry, and/or hardware depending on what she has found most recently. She also has an Etsy store.

Scott is a long time friend and very talented painter. Scott’s painting style is not easily categorized. “To experience a Scott Guion painting is to happen upon a real place, just in time to witness a brilliant mob prank pulled off by an improbable cast of characters in an alternate reality”.Hailing from New Orleans, he and his family now reside in Nashville. Larry’s brother is also a very talented painter. He earned his BFA in illustration and creates wonderful paintings of friends, family, places and pets.

Found item art! Matjames is a self taught artist and is known for his illustrative work as well as his assemblage sculptures. He also really loves dogs!
