Colorado Record Crates was founded by Larry & Aiyana Woods in June of 2009. The company came about during the economic downturn after Larry was laid off from the music industry. Our love of music led us to realize the need for quality record storage solutions in the marketplace. With early design help from Jason Pecoraro, we set out to make affordable LP storage that would look good in people's living rooms. Jason relocated and Jeff Albright was brought on board to help with production, sales and marketing.

We refined the idea in our home workshop, making them modular and stackable. We designed the crates with the collector in mind, making them functional, durable and beautiful. Our goal is to provide a quality storage solution that doesn't look like a milk or fruit crate.

With over 35 years of combined music retail experience, we know what collectors want and have taken this into account every step of the way.
